- EazyDiner Integration:
Co-brand credit card in partnership with EazyDiner – a Visa Platinum variant of the existing EazyDiner Credit Card (which is on Visa Signature). Customers who have opted for this credit card will enjoy exclusive benefits on the EazyDiner app. For this, there is certain exchange of information which is a requirement between Bank and EazyDiner to ensure seamless customer experience.

- Data will be fetched from DWH on daily basis
- System will apply checks and validation
- MPower will share the data with EazyDiner
- Vistara Integration:
The Partner Vistara who is using co-brand credit card reward points information, has its own file format. The file is in text file format. The structure of the file is position based. While transferring customer’s reward points details from IndusInd to Vistara, it must go in predefined structure or predefined file format. To generate this file on every billing cycle manually is difficult. While generating manually there are chances where we can skip the records or we delay the process or structural mismatch because query used to generate the data was revised. There are N number of reasons where it can fail. To avoid such mistakes and provide full proof solution Bank has proposed to design the application.
MPower Application
MPower will have submodule for Vistara reward points activities. It will have following provisions.
- Application will facilitate to view the process logs which will help to check file ACCRUAL file generation and Handback file upload details.
- Application will provide the facility to check account number wise reward point details available in “Vistara_ACCRAL_Data”
- MIS report where Billing cycle wise summary can be viewed along with its Success and failure details
- Qatar/British Airways:
The new partnership with Qatar Airways and British Airways primarily to issue co-brand credit cards to the eligible customers. Hence, MPower in an application to manage the different workflows, right from data transfer between JOCATA and QR/BA for Membership IDs (FFP#) generation till statement generation and email send.
